Overview
You’ll join the founding team and play a critical role in designing and building advanced systems from scratch - from LLM-driven pipelines and data workflows to the user-facing applications that bring them to life. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives that directly shape our product, architecture, and future direction. We’re building the world’s B2B intelligence layer - an AI-native platform that delivers near insider-level understanding of any company. Our system helps finance, go-to-market, and strategy teams see beyond surface-level data and operate with clarity.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build backend infrastructure and cloud-based services in Python
- Build intuitive, performant web interfaces (React/Next.js or similar) that expose AI capabilities to end users
- Create data pipelines for large-scale web scraping, collection, and enrichment
- Lead decisions on architecture, tools, and technical direction
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product direction
Required experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building production systems in Python and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Strong background in backend architecture and systems design
- Independent mindset with the ability to take full ownership of complex initiatives
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making things work quickly
