Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional, agile development team.
- Manage the full lifecycle of features from design to deployment, ensuring quality, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and launch new features.
- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Architects to deliver a top-tier moderation experience.
Required experience
- 3+ years of experience leading an agile development team.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, cloud-based systems.
- 5+ years of experience building scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js (Required).
- Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems such as MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Bonus points
- Experience with Vue.js.
- trong understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
